These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at gspacetechnologies.in and any related services, applications, or content (collectively, the “Services”) provided by GSpace Technologies (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to us, the Services, or other users. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., ownership, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
13. Compliance and Governing Law
You agree to comply with all applicable laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to Section 14 (Dispute Resolution), courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting info@gspacetechnologies.in. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with the seat of arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and proceedings in English. Nothing prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
15. Notices
We may send notices by email to the address you provide, by posting on the Website, or by other reasonable means. You consent to receive communications electronically.
16. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
